Visiting this website

When you open this website, our hosting provider Wix.com Ltd. processes technically necessary data such as IP address, date and time, the page requested and browser type in order to deliver the website and keep it secure. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on this website.

Reservations and enquiries

You make table reservations in our reservation system, Wix Table Reservations (Wix.com Ltd.). Your name, email address, phone number, date, time, party size and any notes are stored with Wix so that we can hold your table and contact you if needed. The catering and group forms do not store any data on this website: your details are placed in a message that you send to us yourself by WhatsApp or email. We use all details only to handle your reservation or enquiry and delete them once they are no longer needed for that purpose and no legal retention duty applies. WhatsApp's own privacy terms (Meta) also apply when you use WhatsApp.

Online ordering

Orders are placed in our ordering shop at order.namasteindia.ch. We use the order and contact details you enter there to carry out your order.

Embedded services

We load fonts from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd.) and the map on the contact page from OpenStreetMap. Your IP address is transmitted to these providers. Links to Google Maps, Instagram and Facebook only transmit data once you click them.

Your rights

You may request information about the data we hold about you, and its correction or deletion, unless legal duties prevent this. Write to us at info@namasteindia.ch. Swiss data protection law (FADP) applies. The German version of this policy is authoritative.
